Colette currently oversees 7 clinics. She is responsible for growing the practice; building strong relationships with the providers and community liaisons, and managing the activities of her managers.

Colette has been an active member in the community of Venice and Sarasota county sitting on many boards and actively involved in charitable organizations; a past Rotarian and was actively involved in the Venice Chamber of Commerce. Today she sits on a special board formed by Senator Nancy Detert with 5 others that help aged out foster young adults, “The Road to Independence”.

Graduate of Oakland University (Rochester Hills, MI) with a B.A. in 1999, high honors in rhetoric department; Graduate of Leadership Oakland (Michigan) XII (2001-2).Colette is married to Chuck Russell. They have two adult children and 3 granddaughters. Colette enjoys golf, cooking, board games, travel and snow skiing out west.
