President’s Message
Most people when asked are looking forward to putting the year 2020 behind them. As I look back, I am reminded of the many blessings, heartaches, challenges and triumphs we’ve all experienced. Deaths in our families, health scares, lack of work, questioning and doubting ourselves were all part of this year. Celebrating life and accomplishments, being thankful for test results, volunteering more and believing our lives have purpose are also part of 2020. Spending more time with loved ones, talking longer on the phone, watching our favorite movies and shows are also part of what made 2020 memorable. Yes, this year has been challenging, but we made it through. We are stronger, more resilient and courageous than we ever dreamed. On a personal note, I am grateful to have gotten to know more of you. Each of our members bring their individual skills and talents to our organization. We have incredibly gifted women in our LO, who give freely of their time to help those in need. That my dear sisters, is one of the reasons we can be hopeful 2021 will be a great year!
